Product Description

This machine adopts the world's leading Bystronic- technology.
The whole production line adopts imported PLC and imported mainstream frequency conversion governor and South Korean autonics- sensor.
The whole machine adopts the international brand frequency conversion governor, reasonable transportation of each section, efficient production.
Customer can choose two sets of independent procedures of inside pressing or outside pressing, can produce double/triple insulating glass, as well as shaped units.
All the reducer uses precision cast aluminum, and the turbine is cast tin bronze material.
All bearings are all steel bearings, flexible rotation and no noise.
All conveying shafts are processed by grinder to ensure the accuracy of the shaft, and then with high quality bearings, so the glass runs smoothly and high speed.
The conveying wheel is of polyurethane material, wear-resistant and low noise.
Aluminum frame positioning is vertical and horizontal bidirectional orientation and adjustable. Easy to place the aluminum frame for its speed and accuracy.
The glass positioning of the conveying section is swinging to ensure that the glass is good and the baffle wear is small.
The advance and retreat of the outside assembly section adopts hydraulic mode, stable and reliable.

Inside Assembly Section

Industrial Automatic Gas-Filled Insulating Glass Line
1. Plate press unique open design, using the hydraulic cylinder stroke can push 500mm for maintenance.
2. Use Taiwan YSB vacuum generator and suction cup, multiple suction cups are reasonably distributed, prevent drop design, glass suction effect is better (inflatable optional).
3. The servo motor control system is adopted to realize the work of large and small pieces, which is the preferred equipment for curtain wall glass (inflatable optional).
4. Using hydraulic mode to control the plate pressure sheet and lift, so that the plate press pressure is constant, the production of hollow glass sealing is better.
5. The board surface adopts super high quality plate, CNC engraving machine milling plane, not easy to deform.
6. Plate pressure air float directly into the national standard rectangular pipe, which is conducive to air float conduction, not blocked, glass operation in place, the plate is not slot, the board is not easy to deformation.
7. Plate internal glass positioning cylinder adopts inclined plug structure, impact resistance, ensure the glass operation in place, good piece.
8. Thicker felt board surface, durable, do not hurt the glass.
9. The increased square guide rail structure is adopted before and after the plate pressure, and the pressing strength is uniformn.
