Three, Power part
1, Power supply section : workshop need to prepare 380V power supply (Three-phase five-wire) ,please use air switch with 30 A or more to protect .The machine comes with a power line of three-phase five-wire (about 5 meters),please carefully defined the differences between Fire wire and the zero line.( Remarks: Red (L1), Blue (L2), Black (L3), connect phase line; Green (N), connect zero line; White (E), connect grounding line
2, Gas source section: arrange the flow of the gas source according to the number of devices. The air consumption of this equipment is 0.03 cubic meters / minute, Intake pipe configuration of this equipment is ∮8 tube, directly involved in the external gas source
Four, Mechanical Installation Notes
1, Please carefully check the equipment after arrive at factory .If it has any damage in the process of transportation and unpacking (packaging)?
2. Equipment arrived at the workshop and is positioned .Adjust the four foot screws at the bottom of the device, make the device at the state level ,achieve the desired position and level .
3,Confirm if the power supply and gas supply in workshop is proper .If no problem ,Please put the three-phase fire lines power supply as L1,L2,L3 connect to the air switch in one time .Note :( The zero line is N, which can not connected with any other power lines, after complete the connection, firstly check if the voltage coincide with the requirement of the equipments.)
4, Gas source connection: make external gas source access to the oil-water separator, and then In accordance with the regulator rotation, make pressure reach to the state of 0.6-0.8. Correct operation: pull up adjustment knob, Clockwise turn, the pressure increases, counterclockwise turn, pressure decreases. Note: be sure to pull up .If not, it is very easy to damage.
5. Check if all power, gas supply is correct, if the ground wire connection is secure A) Confirm 380V three-phase five-wire power. It must be grounded when the equipment is working.
B)After turn on the power ,first identify fan is forward-rotating or reversible .Place an approximate 600*600mm paper on the platform , set to the often suction state , Observe whether paper was sucked. If paper is blowing, the fan is reversible. Please exchange any two in the three phase fire lines of the power cord.
C) After gas source is connected, press " print couer switch" (scraper and ink
reclaiming blade change each other) on panel, if it moves? If not, please check if
the pressure regulating valve, which is used by intake pipe, is off?
6. Power and gas source is normal, then wipe clean the device, and to lubricate equipment guides and activities (30#-140# oil)
7. into the state of the test machine, open power and gas source, Step by step test according to the panel operation

(9), Operation mode
This switch set three modes, manual /semi automatic /automatic, when into one mode, the corresponding indicator will be light. The state sets manual ,could complete the operation by hand .generally use this mode when test machine or
screen plate .When set to semi automatic state ,machine enter into semi automatic printing (press start switch or foot switch ,each open to complete a unit printing ).When set to auto state ,machine enters into auto printing (only press the switch one time ,the machine will not stop .If need to stop, you will re-set semi automatic or manual mode ,or direct brake ,the machine all will stop )
(10), Auto time set
When the machine is the state of auto printing, use "Auto time set "to control the interval time between each printing
(11), Manual
Control head up and down in the manual mode (generally use in the installed screen plate)
(12), VAC-SORB mode
Have two modes, ' Long time suction' and 'Auto suction' . " Long time" state indicates the platform has been in a state of the suction. "Auto suction" state indicates , when printing ,the head is in the process of down ,the platform will be automatically suction ;then the head is in the process of up ,suction will automatically stop ,so as to operator place material.
(13), Print couer switch
In the state of manual, press this switch to adjust the height of Scraper and Ink reclaiming blade (First, put the head down, then press this button to make sure ink reclaiming blade down to just attached to the screen, scraper down to just press on the substrates)
(14), Print stop mode
In the process of printing, some technics need sealing oil printing, choose to set "couer stop" .Some printing do not need sealing oil printing, choose " print stop " .
(15), Off-grid switch (Side)
Generally it will be used in the large-area printing .If not use, could turn off this switch.
16, Start /stop
After connect the power, it can be used to start the machine, also could stop the machine
17, Emergency stop switch
In the Emergency situations, press the switch to stop the machine
Six, The installation of the screen plate

Scraper/Ink reclaiming blade with two cylinders SDA50X25 Off-grid with one cylinder SDA40X15
1, make sure operation mode in manual state, press manual button to make the head lift up.
2, Put "squeegee locking clamp" into the shelf, transferred to a loosened state, then
scraper /ink reclaiming blade into the lock 3, Angle adjustment:
Loosen the angle locking screws, when adjusted to the desired angle, then fasten the screw, (generally, ink reclaiming blade is 90 degrees, scraper is 70-80 degrees .Except in special circumstances.)
4,Ink reclaiming blade adjustment: start the machine ,Put head and ink reclaiming blade down and adjust the "balance screws" to make it parallel ,then make ink reclaiming blade just attached on the screen .When have the ink ,test if the ink return is uniform ,then make small adjustment .
5, Scraper adjustment: Put scraper down and adjust the "balance screws" to make it parallel, and then make the scraper touch to the platform .Adjust the pressure again until the time of printing

Method of operation
1, Put the head in the below state.
2, loosen the screws of air pressure valve, then slowly adjust the pressure, make cylinder stroke speed to achieve uniform.
3, Pressure adjustment for scraper /ink reclaiming blade, adjust the pressure handle up and down according to the demands for screen pressure.
Nine, printing stroke adjustment (Left and right limit switches)
1, According to the size of the image, directly move left / right limit switch
2, Adjustment should pay attention that the left / right can not touch the screen clamp, and then open the switch (JOG) to slowly test.
Ten, Preparations before starting
1, Check if circuit and gas have loosening or air leakage
2, View the device if there are loose screws without locking
3, Regulation whether there is lubricating oil.
4, If manual test for all functions is normal
5, If the printing travel distance is proper?
6, if front/back screen holder tighten the screen
Eleven Note:
1,When connect electricity ,firstly check the main circuit .After complete the electrical connection ,check if the switch is normal , phases line and zero line are correct ?If the grounding device is valid ?
2, If there is abnormal situation should be shut down for inspection
3, In the printing process, if found abnormal or materials do not put away, should put on brake or press "STOP SWITCH"
4, When wash screen or need to check screen ,must turn on the safety switch (lock the " EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH ")
Twelve, Care and Maintenance
1, ten minutes before work, please power the machine to manually test .Check if the machine operation is normal
2, Manual test finished, machine is empty running (do not add ink). Machine run 5-10 minutes at low speed ,make the motor ,reduction gear ,cylinder guide rail and sliding sleeve adequate lubrication, warm-up, such work is not easy to cause the machine stuck and poor run
3, Fill the lubricant oil at the running parts, moderate, not be too much .Otherwise, it is easy to lead corrosion of the surface of paint and body oxidation.
4. Weeks of maintenance: Rail, slider, which is both imported precision parts, please keep the production environment to avoid dust and other debris into the
slider, and reduce its useful life. The lubrication of the slider in the week maintenance, filling a clean lithium grease (Note: each time filling the grease shall not exceed 1/3 of the slider, so as not to cause heavy feel to the slider, the sliding is not normal and other adverse effects.)
5, Check if the thread of control electric box is loose in each week.
6, Month maintenance: reduction gear, change gear oil every 2-3 months, each oil change should be recorded.
7, Please do the maintenance of the equipment on time, ensure the equipment long-term trouble-free operation to improve the effective operating rate of equipment.
