This laser glass cutting line consisits of three pieces of equipments, they are: 1 laser cutting machine + 2 laser splitting machines + 2 sets of robots. Use laser to cut and process glass pieces of thickness in 3-12 mms, with a maximum cutting pseed of up to 18m/min. Among them, the laser cutting equipment adopts a motion platform composed of a marble platform + marble beam + linear motor grating ruler, and the laser cutting effect is good. In order to imporve efficiency, it is equipped with 2 lobes, which can achiieve a high comprehensive efficiency in cutting lobes.
*One cutting devise corresponds to multiple splitting machines to maximize overall efficiency.
*The robot automatically handles the origianal and finished products, and the laser automatic lobes avoids artificial lobes.
*The power of the laser is only a few hundred watts, and the overall power consumption is very low, which saves a lot of electricity.
*The finished facade is a matte surface. There's no need to use bilateral grinding edges, and there is no need to reserve the amount of edge grinding to improve the yield.

Advantages of machine

Fast speed: the cutting speed can reach 10m/min, and the maximum positioning speed can reach 70m/min, which is much faster than the wire cutting speed.
Good cutting quality: no contact cutting, the cutting edge is very little affected by heat, basically no thermal deformation of the workpiece, completely avoid the collapsing edge formed when the material is punching and cutting, generally do not need secondary processing.
No damage to the workpiece: the laser cutting head will not be in contact with the surface of the material to ensure that the workpiece is not scratched.
Not affected by the hardness of the material to be cut: the laser can process steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum alloy plates, cemented carbide, etc., no matter what kind of hardness, you can cut without deformation.
Not affected by the shape of the workpiece: laser processing flexibility is good, can process any graphics, can cut pipes and other profiles.
Can cut and process non-metals: such as plastic, wood, PVC, leather, textiles and plexiglass.
Saving mold investment: laser processing does not require mold, no mold consumption, no need to repair mold, save time to replace mold, thus saving processing costs, reduce production costs, especially suitable for processing large products.
Material saving: Using computer programming, you can cut the whole sheet material of different shapes of products to maximize the utilization rate of materials.
