1. Plate press unique open design, using the hydraulic cylinder stroke can push 500mm for maintenance.
2. Use Taiwan YSB vacuum generator and suction cup, multiple suction cups are reasonably distributed, prevent drop design, glass suction effect is better (inflatable optional).
3. The servo motor control system is adopted to realize the work of large and small pieces, which is the preferred equipment for curtain wall glass (inflatable optional).
4. Using hydraulic mode to control the plate pressure sheet and lift, so that the plate press pressure is constant, the production of hollow glass sealing is better.
5. The board surface adopts super high quality plate, CNC engraving machine milling plane, not easy to deform.
6. Plate pressure air float directly into the national standard rectangular pipe, which is conducive to air float conduction, not blocked, glass operation in place, the plate is not slot, the board is not easy to deformation.
7. Plate internal glass positioning cylinder adopts inclined plug structure, impact resistance, ensure the glass operation in place, good piece.
8. Thicker felt board surface, durable, do not hurt the glass.
9. The increased square guide rail structure is adopted before and after the plate pressure, and the pressing strength is uniformn.
